Admin Officer, Brain Injuries Unit, Musgrave Park Hospital Belfast - summer employment (June to September 2021)
This involved admitting and discharging patients on the hospitals’ database, updating patient records and information, booking patients into appointments, overseeing and organising out-patient clinics and ensuring all patient records were updated and available to medical staff, organising and updating patient files on the ward, and making calls to other hospital wards in NI for patient liaison.

Involved working with a team alongside managers, supervisors, and sales advisors, tasked with customer liaison and selling high-end clothing to customers, providing fashion advice to regular customers, helping to manage busy shifts, especially at weekends, helping managers to design shop layout in the new seasons.
Chalet host, The Boutique Chalet Company, Méribel, France (November 2022 to May 2023)
Significant training and experience in providing a 5-star service to high-end clients on skiing holidays, organisation and administration of bookings, restaurants, ski lessons and ski-passes for 15+ guests at any one time, driving, cooking and domestic services, working in a multi-disciplined team with a manager, other chalet hosts and chef.
Barista, Trait Coffee, Belfast (October 2023 - Present).
Alongside my Master's studies I work part-time at one of NI's Artisan Bakeries and Coffee shops known as Trait. This involves making coffee, preparing different bakes and pastries, waiting tables, providing friendly customer experience, domestic services, and working in a busy, fast paced environment.
I am currently studying a 1-year Masters (MSc) at the University of Ulster in Global Strategy in Environmental Health and Sustainability which focusses on the global dimension of Environmental Health and the role it plays in the delivery of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
