National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial Center for Translational and Experimental Medicine
Graduated with Merit. This master’s program combined regenerative medicine, pharmacology, and gene therapy, with core modules including Regenerative Medicine, Advanced Topics in Regenerative Medicine, Gene & Nucleic Acid Therapies, and New Horizons in Pharmacology. My research project focused on the development and characterization of stem-cell-derived cardiomyocytes (iPSC-CMs) for cardiac regeneration therapy and drug development, assessing functional maturation (force production, beating rate, and response to pacing) and studying their integration with human living myocardial slices (LMS).
