I was in charge of the social club for a multitude of live in staff, managers and contractors. I was the sole member of staff for this venue which included cellar management, stock management, end of night cash up, cleaning the venue as well as being the bartender and point of call for the workers. I was also readily available and called upon to fill in for bartenders within the hotel restaurants.

Promoted to bar supervisor in February 2023. Included roles such as being in charge of the venue (key holder), cashing up, being trained as a fire warden. I also organised a cleaning rota and put myself forward as cleaner as the previous employees abruptly left. Included bar/line cleaning, toilets and facilities, kitchens and grills, general common spaces, stock rooms and storage rooms.

Part time duty manager for independent events such as markets, mini festivals, key holder, bartender for events, gigs, wedding receptions and bar supervisor of ‘The Factory Bar’(worked as a bartender from March 2022, and acted as supervisor for around 4 months, I was promoted to supervisor before the business had to unfortunately close down). Bar supervisor of ‘The Box Bar’ at Fargo Village Coventry, March 2022-25.11.23. I also underwent first aid training during my time at Fargo.
