I come from ten years of experience as a chef however over the past three years, I have been focusing on business progression. I have a strong passion for amazing service and good quality food, hospitality is very important to me however it seems a good and welcoming restaurant is harder and harder to find each day.
I am a tactical thinker, so very process driven and hands on and I thrive when I am working as a part of a team. I am very adaptable to new environments and I have common sense.
I have worked in various restaurants as a Kitchen Porter, Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Head Chef and Operations Manager. I am always keen to learn and grow and have always tried to pick up all aspects of the business as I go. I often find myself diving into reports to work on plans for growth of the businesses.
I have learnt on the job since I was 15. I have also trained in Fire Safety, Health & Safety Level 3 and a few other necessary courses for Kitchen/Restaurant Management.
