I am an aspiring, hardworking fashion designer and pattern cutter that has successfully completed a varied internship, which included experience of working at Paris Fashion Week. I have just graduated from Manchester Fashion Institute (BA Fashion), where I specialised in print and embroidery. I completed my placement with Celine Kwan, working as part of a busy, two-person team on design preparation and pattern cutting - I also toiled the majority of Celine's SS24 collection.
I have a love for conceptual, political-inspired design and am proficient in a number of industrial machines, print and cutting techniques, Photoshop, Illustrator and lnDesign.
I interned for 6 months at Celine Kwan where my roles included design draping, pattern cutting, toiling, fabric sourcing, fittings and textile creation. I then assisted Celine at Paris Fashion Week 2023 where I was second-in-command across the four days we were there, I coordinated and worked with freelance stylists, photographers, curators, seamstresses, hair, makeup, and I was in charge of a team of dressers.
Just graduated with a First Class Honors for Fashion BA at Manchester Fashion Institute
