Volunteer - Medicare Vaccination Clinic - Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

I volunteered at a COVID-19 and Flu vaccination clinic run by Medicare pharmacy during the winter of 2024/2025. My role involved effectively communicating with service users to direct them through the vaccination process, as well as liaising with nurses and working as a team to ensure the service ran smoothly. I also identified and implemented adaptions for service users with additional needs to ensure they still received a high quality of care from the clinic.
