Volunteer - Medicare Vaccination Clinic - Huddersfield, West Yorkshire

I volunteered at a COVID-19 and Flu vaccination clinic run by Medicare pharmacy during the winter of 2024/2025. My role involved effectively communicating with service users to direct them through the vaccination process, as well as liaising with nurses and working as a team to ensure the service ran smoothly. I also identified and implemented adaptions for service users with additional needs to ensure they still received a high quality of care from the clinic.

I provided part-time weekend support to local architect Martin Bradley. My role involved measuring, recording, keeping data, and using IT software and photography to assist with building projects.

I spent the summer working as a volunteer for the charity - sorting clothing donations, assisting families, fulfilling orders, and working as part a team during the busy school holiday period.
