Games Master and Operator - The Puzzle Room

As part of my job role, I must control the games, offer clues, and support to the players and often run multiple games at a time. This has developed my people and communication skills further. The role requires concentration, the ability to be calm under pressure and to keep a level and focus mind.
I also assist in the maintenance and updates of the puzzles and the rooms to ensure there is constant renewal of the customer experience. I assist with the bookings, payments and administration involved in the games.
Dance and Acrobatics Student Teacher - FA Studios

I joined as a student when the principal opened the school in 2021 and started as a student teacher soon after. As part of my job role, I teach and support pupils in a range of dance and acrobatic moves and techniques, lead warmups and cool downs, support the children to fulfil the lesson and to work cooperatively with parents. I am a contact point for parents and pupils should they need any additional support.
I have also made and processed sales and uniform orders. During this time, I have developed strong social and people skills, gained experience of working under pressure and in difficult situations. I am enthusiastic and a team player and enjoy working alongside others.
Waitress/Server - The Nelson Inn

As part of my job role, I greeted and welcomed customers, introduced menus and specials to the customers, took food and drink orders, maintained a high level of customer service and assisted customers with any dietary and allergen needs. In addition, I took payments for food and drinks, delivered food to the table and assisted customers with any queries and complaints they had. This role developed my customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work under pressure.
