My name is Evie, I am 18 years, and Undergraduate student at Liverpool John Moores University and I would love the opportunity to work for your establishment. I'm a motivated and dependable individual with strong experience in customer service and hospitality which I gained while balancing part-time work at McDonald's and Waterstones Café alongside full-time education. I am hardworking, resilient and friendly with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while still providing excellent customer service.

During my time here, I prepared and served hot drinks and light meals ensuring attention to presentation and quality for upmost customer satisfaction. I delivered warm and attentive customer service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Another of my tasks was to manage stock levels and restocking supplies to ensure smooth functioning in the cafe.

I operated the till and handled transactions which is a skill I can easily transfer to help me in quickly transitioning to this team.

At McDonald's, I was able to multi-task kitchen and front-of-house responsibilities which required fast and accurate order fulfilment.
