Customer Service based with a degree in Literature

I have recently graduated with an Upper 2nd Class degree in English and American Literature at Manchester Metropolitan University.I am currently based in Lincoln. I have experience in Customer Service roles and have been trained in Barista work. I am a fast learner and have 3 years of experience in working in fast paced environments.
I worked as a waitress for two years in which I leant the importance of a positive environment for both customers and staff. This also gave me a lot of experience in a fast paced environment. Alongside my studies at University, I trained and worked as a Barista which was beneficial in honing my time time management skills.
I have an Upper Second class degree in English and American Literature, in which I worked successfully in both independently and as part of a team for a number of different assignments. The skills I developed in this degree include the ability to meet deadlines, research skills, communication of my own ideas, confidence, and thinking creatively.
