I have just recently joined Central Services to gain experience within Customer service. Within this role I provide an efficient and effective administrative service to all departments within Central Office, whilst also providing a friendly and approachable image to visitors. My roles include booking accommodation and travel, dairy management, answering any customer queries or complaints on the phone, excel spreadsheets, word processing, emails, tasks and any admin tasks.

Team Leader / Duty Manager at Booths Fulwood (2024-07 – Present)

I joined the company in May 2022 as a customer service assistant, working after college filling my spare time and meeting new people. I quickly started to enjoy the friendly environment and taking on new tasks given by team leaders. Whilst being unsure of my next decision after leaving college I applied for team leader which would gain my confidence and help me to move up in the company.

I was promoted to team leader in July 2024, along side this training for duty manager. This role has given me a lot of responsibilities leaving me in charge of staff and the building. As part of being a duty manger I am health and safety trained.

Being a team leader, every day is different and that is something I enjoy, doing various different tasks such as using my creativity to make pop up displays in store, often doing more than one task at hand and being good with my time management.
