A longer term role, primarily food running but also partook in cleaning, bar work and helping in the kitchen. This taught me good initiative and the basics of Front Of House service.

My role was entirely Front Of House and had excelled my communication and quick thinking skills as this is a family owned restaurant and issues cannot be resolved very easily. This has taught me to resolve issues as quickly as possible with exceptional results.
