Faheel Khalid

I am currently in the second year of my bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Management at Brunel University London. I recently saw your job advertised on Brunel’s official website, so I thought of giving it a try. I’m looking for an experience where I can learn new business and analytical skills. I think working for this job might help me to polish my skills as, I will go through a series of new researching and financial challenges, where I can closely admire realistic research and services that happens in our daily lives, that could help me, with my ambition, to become a Charted Accountant in the future. Working in your company, will allow me to perform truly meaningful work that could create a positive impact in the society and student’s lives.

I have an interest in accounting and business management since my infancy. One can say that I belong to a Family of Accountants, because all my family members have graduated in accounting related degrees, giving me a chance to understand the key concepts closely and to admire the operations in a business. Moreover, I am an exceptionally organized, tri-lingual, and friendly undergraduate with varied experience in account related tasks having a to-do approach with an innovative mind set. I also went on stock taking inventory levels at one of the biggest cement industries and news groups when I was just 16. Moreover, I got the recent opportunity to work as a senior audit intern with one of the biggest firms in Pakistan, Faruq Ali & Co. In this company, I had one on one discussions with the clients every day where we discussed the tax deductions, profits, sales and cashflows. So, I think that I could easily hold on to the pressure of the tasks assigned to me by your Manager or team leader as I have worked under instructions earlier and I hold a very good customer experience.
