I am a student at Keele Univeristy studying Psychology, looking for some part time work while i complete my studies.
April 2022 – Present
I help working behind the bar at many events like weddings, birthdays and many more events at this venue. I help with many different tasks including glass collecting, serving drinks (including cocktails/ larger etc.) and managing bar staff, creating a positive environment. Attaining my bar supervisor position in June 2024.

I worked directly with customers and gained experience tending tables, developed bar and barista experience and taking orders as well as much more. I worked in maintaining tables, making drinks , food/ drinks running and expediting food on busy Sunday shifts. Meaning I gained experience in every element of the restaurant.

My main roles include managing the floor in a busy café, waiting on customers, taking their food and drink orders as well as printing bills and making drinks. I am fully barista trained on a coffee machine and can handle money all while maintaining relationships with reoccurring customers and being positive while having queues out of the door the majority of the day.
