Faith Forrester

Motivated student with excellent Grades and a passion to further my knowledge therefore after Sixth Form I am looking for an apprenticeship.I believe I carry key characteristics like being highly motivated to reach my best potential and I will do this by working hard.I am a great listener who can understand a task at hand quickly so I will easily adapt to my new environment. I Highly believe organisation is vital to reach the best outcome and will apply this to all of my work.I am thought to be a sociable person and will always try to be confident within my self.

I have worked in hospitality for 3 years ,this of which has taught me the Importance of working as a team to produce the best experience for customers.Through my experience in hospitality it has taught me how to problem solve. For example with unhappy customers I have learnt to problem solve the situation to avoid the business receiving negative feedbacks.

I also worked at temporary placement for work experience at Waterman Group which provided me with key knowledge on how communication is vital in a workplace to be able to operate as a team to produce best outcome.

I completed my GSCEs in 2022 which required me to work incredibly hard to achieve my desired results to broaden my options for Sixth Form choices.

I am now currently in Year 13 studying Biology,Psychology and business A levels at Great Baddow High school In which I will be sitting in summer of 2024,
