I did temporary work for TSB Bank at the branch in Ascot. During this opportunity, I gained an understanding of each staff member’s role and the importance of their roles in the business. In addition to that, I learnt a lot through shadowing each one of them and seeing how they dealt with customers whilst carrying out other tasks. I enjoyed being in a friendly environment with supportive people and, overall, it was a very insightful and intuitive experience.
