Data analyst with five years of experience. I collect, clean, validate, and analyse both quantitative and qualitative data across academic research, national surveys, and digital products. Working end-to-end with Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI, I manage the entire data lifecycle from extraction to interactive dashboard design.
I have completed five self-directed case studies in housing, local government, aviation, transport, and insurance. In these projects, I resolved real-world data errors to reconcile £8.25 million in public expenditure, analyse £32.82 million in insurance claims, and quantify £20.40 million in travel disruption costs. I excel at translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
During my doctoral studies at the University of Birmingham, I built and analysed a database of 29,000 records and conducted 30 qualitative interviews. I am currently enhancing these skills through a government-funded bootcamp in Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Please see my portfolio for full details.
