Farshid Ma be

FARSHID MAHMOUDITABAR received his B. Sc. in 2016 from Shahrekord University, Shahrekord, Iran, and his M.Sc. and Ph.D. in 2018 and 2021, respectively, from Iran University of Science and Technology, Tehran, Iran, all in electrical engineering. From 2019 to 2021 he was an electrical machine and powertrain engineer at IKCO.

Where he designed and manufactured several water-cooled IM for EV applications. From 2021 to 2023 he was an electrical machine and powertrain engineer with MAPNA Locomotive company. Where he designed and developed the electrical machines for diesel-electric and over-head powered electric locomotives.

In 2023 he joined the Newcastle University as research associate working on design of electrical machines for manufacture. His main research interests include the design, modelling, and optimization of Electrical Machines.
