Passionate and dedicated early years professional with a strong commitment to supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing. Recently completed an HNC Childhood Practice at West College Scotland, achieving a Graded Unit Grade A. After taking 25 years away from formal education to raise my eight children, I returned to study with determination, resilience and a strong passion for learning.

This experience has strengthened my confidence, organisation, adaptability and commitment to working with children. I have developed valuable practical experience through an extended placement at Crookfur Family Centre, alongside previous nursery work experience. I have also completed additional training in Forest Kindergarten, Makaton, Child smile, breastfeeding support and First Aid.

I am caring, patient and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to creating safe, inclusive and nurturing environments where every child can learn, grow and thrive.
