I am a bright, keen individual, eager to seek an opportunity to deepen my understanding of the fashion industry through experience in areas such as customer engagement, inventory and stock management, cash handling and till operations, and retail sales. Open to working with others as a team but also able to work well independently using my initiative. I can complete tasks set for me to the very best of my ability.

CHARITY SHOP VOLUNTEER at British heart foundation (2025-04 – 2025-08)

• Supporting customers at the till including returns and any enquiries about products.
• Maintaining the stores appearance by putting clothes in the correct places and restocking shelves.
• Working with my team to ensure customers are welcomed and comfortable while shopping.
• Handling cash at tills and operating till systems.

VOLUNTEER TEACHING ASSISTANT at Hamstead Hall Academy (2024-03 – 2024-03)

• Preparing necessary equipment ahead of sessions and delivering additional learning support opportunities.
• Ensuring children were in the correct places at the correct time.
• Observing children during social interactions and encouraging positive choices for minimising conflicts.
