One Month Full Time (Work experience) At the estate agent job I handled phone calls, organised files, wrote and replied to emails, scheduled appointments, assisted with all the paperwork, and performed various computer tasks.
In my role as a retail pharmacy assistant, I provided exceptional customer service and assisted customers with their healthcare needs. I gained valuable experience in medication dispensing, labelling prescriptions, handing out medication and maintaining a clean and organised environment. I also developed excellent communication skills while interacting with customers and healthcare professionals.
As a retail assistant I help customers find products, answer their questions, and assist them with their purchases, I also replenish shelves, ensure the store is kept in a presentable condition and maintain a well organised environment for customers to easily locate what they are looking for and to look appealing for new customers to shop. Additionally, I operate the cash register, proceed with sales, and ensure the customers have a positive shopping experience.
