- Implementing Allocate Software's HealthRoster and StaffDirect product suites across a range of NHS clients. Currently focussing on the delivery of StaffDirect within UK Client Services.
- Managing all support on Client Site during initial implementation including reviewing data requirements, delivering all training to both project and operational teams, investigating and resolving product issues and presenting feedback to Clinical Leads and Executive teams on completion of the Implementation.
eRostering Project Implementer Specialist - Chelsea & Westminster Trust

Provided project support and operational implementation of designated workstreams within the Project.
- Ensured all medics modules of the eRostering system were implemented across all medics staff groups within the Trust (approximately 550 consultants and 700 junior/trainee doctors), according to the agreed project plan and within budget under the jurisdiction of the Project Manager.
- Took on responsibility for the analysis of complex shifts patterns using demand patterns, service plans and activity profiles. Created rules to make the roster was as safe to work, maintained and supported individual end user requirements to fit in with the eRostering system and its roll out. Provided leadership with the guidance throughout the whole process.
- Trained operational and clinical leads as well as consultants and junior/trainee doctors on how to use healthroster and manage their rotas, this included add in unavailability's, making changes to work times and locations, cancelling and swapping shifts where needed.
- Solved problems by comparing the templates provided by the department for the consultant and junior/trainee doctors' to that which was uploaded on eRota by workforce. Identified and raised discrepancies in the patterns and suggested potential amendments to resolve this. Once the discrepancies were addressed, approved and compliant, the new template was then implemented and rolled out.
- Facilitated specific programme tasks as delegated by the eRostering Project Manager, to ensure that key milestones and outputs within the project plan were achieved and that risks were identified and managed appropriately.
- Diagnosed and rectified software issues, reported any system interface issues to the project manager where necessary.
- Provided first and second line support to users of the software to ensure that the systems was used to its full potential.
- Responsibility taken of scheduling an individual work-plan to implement units over a rolling 8-week period and up-to-date diary, prioritising tasks effectively.
eRostering Manager - South London and Maudsley Trust

- Implementing E-Rostering project plans across the Trust to ensure a more efficient and effective workforce planning method is put in place. Logging system issues and product development requests with allocation using their portal.
- Building interpersonal relationships with various stakeholders through the transition of current workforce planning methods on to HealthRoster systems, plus assisting the associate HR Business Partners for Medical HR with rostering related projects, attending HR roster related meetings.
- Training managers and running training sessions for staff on HealthRoster, Safecare and Insight systems whilst also advising on HR policies that they must be aware of, working to improve the interface between both ESR system (payroll) and Healthroster to enable a timely transfer of data.
