During my time at mind-bridge I initially started as a customer support representative where I received incoming calls regarding uber eats customer complaints as well as uber drivers which were onboarding helping them to join the company by assisting them regarding car insurance and DBS check process. After working in this department, I was promoted to the sales team where I conducted outbound calls to restaurants in London engaging them to begin using uber eats by delivering my sales pitch, in addition conducting follow up calls to potential leads from prior calls. Enhancing my sales pitch over time to improve sales as I worked for more than just the incentive, I deemed it necessary to improve my sales skills.

While working at LDS I have enhanced my skills of communication and time management. From taking orders on the phone as well as managing customers in the store, providing excellent customer service by serving at the table and taking extra care of families with children and disabilities.
