I have been organising and preparing the fundraisers alongside my peers understanding and sharing ideas as well as taking criticism well. From preparing these events in advance to working at the stalls and communicating with the customers have helped me work under pressure. Fundraisers are known to be very hectic, this has allowed me to resolve unexpected event challenges which have led to many successful fundraising outcomes.
