Im Faye, 17 year old. am a confident, dedicated and reliable individual with a mature attitude to work and excellent time management skills. I can work effectively as part of a team but can be just as consistent when working on my own initiative. I can follow direction well and pride myself on delivering a good service for both my employer and customers, listening to what needs to be completed and ensuring that tasks are completed correctly first time and to a high standard. I am now seeking a new opportunity where I can demonstrate my skills to a new employer and would be willing to take part in any training deemed necessary to secure a role.
I started a Tlevel health course at college in September 2023. During my time I have completed a number of team events and held a number of skill days at the college. I have taken part in 2 fundraising events to help raise funds for purposefulcauses. I am currently on a work placement working within the community and in the North Tees and Hartlepool NHS foundation trust. During this I work as part of a team of nurses to ensure the best effective and safe patient centeredcare is provided. My team player skills are also evidentthrough the sport I do. I have been a cheerleader for 6 years and developed into being an assistant coach for the last 3years. I am an effective and strong communicator. During my time as a coach I have completed the relevant courses to best equip me. I am an assistant coach volunteering 6 hours each week teaching children and young adults aged between 5-18. I also worked with a number of children with additional needs. I am a good motivator and motivate my team in training and at competitions. I have won many awards over the years but am particularly proud of my junior coach award and becoming a European champion in 2019. I have recently completed a first aid course and hold a DBS.
Employed by at Hartlepool Hawks Cheerleading Academy, I work adhoc hours on a Saturday to assist a senior coach in the organisation and delivery of children’s birthday party’s. My duties included:
