Faye McGrath

I am a 25 year old, North West based creative and professional. I hold a First Class Acting degree, and massive understanding of the world of employment. I am extroverted, bright and confident. Having graduated from Drama School along with my lifetime of experience of performing, I am able to express a bright, friendly, and confident approach to people.

I am always open to new experiences and can demonstrate my ability to show enthusiasm, motivation, and commitment through my recent employment history in both the hospitality sector, and the TV Industry sector.

My current job requires me to:

• Work with a diverse group of people to create an easy flowing restaurant
• Create engaging and attractive social media content such as video reels, polls, and announcements to draw in custom
• Work at a fast pace to ensure smooth flowing service
• Pay attention to intricate detail of allergens and hold allergen knowledge
• Provide barista skills
• Respond effectively to customer complaints and rectify issues

Bartender at The Cosy Club

As a member of a team of 5 in a bar that seats 140 covers, it was imperative that I was always working at a fast pace, with precision. It was my role within the Cosy club to:

• Liaise with members of the public to cater to specific needs and improvise on requested off menu cocktails
• Maintain energy and stamina for long, fast paced working shifts
• Welcome and train new members of staff, supporting them with spec learning enforcing positive customer feedback
• Create a 'home from home' atmosphere for members of the public, which is right up my street as a people loving extrovert

My role as a Bartender at HOME required me to:

• Communicate efficiently with members of management to gain understanding of my path way to professional growth and development
• Become adaptable due to its 3 floor layout, which meant alot of moving around between departments each shift
• Further develop my skills in health and safety, and public etiquette
• Held myself professionally and responded quickly to direction and instruction
• Supported the opening and closing of the bar through working with a wide diverse team
