Iv been out of the work force since starting my family 3years ago and now eagerly looking to get back into work.

i come with a strong +6years care experience, being part of the management team, medication trained, etc.

currently seeking evening/weekend/nights to work around childcare - with the anticipation of my availability will become more flexable in the new year when I enroll my daughters into nursery.

• High level decision making and shift leading
• Keep documenting upto date 
• chair both student and staff weekly meetings and keeping notes
• assist with capacity meetings
• undertake regular performance management meetings/supervisions and take notes
• complete intricate hourly working allocations for 11 students and 13/15 staff
• organise and oversee respite provision
