- Consultant Diary Management
- Arranging consultations, admissions, request investigations, obtain test results and flag up any abnormal results
- Dealing with telephone/email and face to face enquires from patients, other hospitals, and practices
- Registering patients + booking patients onto theatre lists and booking Sleep Studies
- Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from patients/hospitals and Gp/Private practices
- Providing cover for members of the secretarial team during periods of sickness and annual leave

- Establish and maintaining filing and administrative systems so that written or computer information is easily accessible and secure
- Retrieving medical records and assist in the completion of medical/insurance records
- Other clerical and administrative duties that would be normally associated with running a private medical secretarial service
- Assisting with the gathering of statistics and information when required
