I am looking for a role in customer service

I have experience working in fast-paced retail and customer service environments, where I supported customers face to face, handled enquiries and transactions, maintained store standards, and worked as part of a team to meet sales and service goals.

I hold a university degree and have completed professional training that strengthened my communication, organisation and problem-solving skills, all of which I apply in customer-facing roles.
