My main role at Skynet was as a mail handler at their warehouse alongside scanning and managing different types of parcels. I oversaw accumulating the mail that was delivered on a daily basis.

My role was to take the baggage and put it onto the check in belt. I delivered the bags onto a big belt where they get security check. While doing that I learned customer service when taking their bags.
