I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual. With 5 years of experience in customer service I have developed a strong foundation in communication skills. I thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, always seeking opportunities to learn and grow. My educational background includes BTEC applied science extended diploma from Richmond Upon Thames College with grade DDM.
And currently I am a gap year student at The University of Reading doing Physician Associate Studies. In my previous roles at Paul John and Co solicitor’s firm and Spice house restaurant, I demonstrated exceptional management and organising skills. I am known for my strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
I am a collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional settings and enjoys working towards common goals. My adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges have allowed me to successfully deliver projects on time and exceed expectations.
I am excited about the opportunity to bring my expertise and passion to a new role as healthcare assistant. I am confident that my skills, combined with my drive for excellence, make me a valuable asset to any team.
I have worked in a charity shop as well as in a Boots pharmacy. Also, this has helped me to build my Customer Service skills, I interacted with a diverse range of customers, which helped me to develop strong customer service skills, including communication, active listening, and problem-solving.
I have gained teamwork skills. Charity shops often have volunteers working together, so I learned how to collaborate with a team, delegate tasks, and support my colleagues.
After my college, I have volunteered as a receptionist at Paul John and Co solicitor’s firm Stratford from 2017 to 2019. Here, I had responsibilities like:
● answering calls booking appointments and clearing their enquiries of clients
● greeting the clients and booking appointments for them in person
● update them about their applications if any
● Keeping the reception area clean
● scanning documents
● arranging files.
Later on, I also worked as waitress and assistant manager at Spice House restaurant, Tolworth. The main responsibilities here was to:
● greet the customers and seat them in appropriate places
● take orders and serve them the food and drinks when it’s ready
● attend phone calls and take the orders from the customers
● pack the food for delivery during busy hours
● cleaning the front area and toilets
● washing the glasses
● arranging the tables and cutleries
● keeping the temperature records, cleaning records as well as the staff records updated
● training the new staffs
I started my work here from 2019 to 2022 and gained strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. I am a proactive and self-motivated individual, with a strong work ethic and ability to work with love and respect considering my co-workers.
