I am a hardworking, disciplined person with excellent interpersonal skills. As a result of this I believe that I would be well suited to a career in hospitality and so would like to pursue roles in this sector. I have had a little bit of experience in customer service in a quick service restaurant environment but would like to explore hotel hospitality as an option.
In my current role I have been particularly skilled in customer care, including managing situations where customers were unhappy or needed extra support.
I have been working as a Customer Care Assistant at McDonald's since November 2023.
I have GCSE passes in English, Mathematics, Science, Spanish, French and Citizenship.
