Hello,
I'm Felix, I'm 38 from west Wales. I have extensive experience in bar and security operations at large events and festivals. I've previously worked at Glastonbury, Boomtown, Reading, and Together Again festivals.
I currently work as a bar supervisor in a busy town centre pub. I am responsible for the day to day management of the bar. I am comfortable leading and supporting a team during busy service, driving sales while ensuring efficiency, accuracy and a possitive customer experience.
In addition to my bar experience, I have worked security operations at large festivals and events. This has given me valuable experience in crowd control, conflict resolution and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment. I am resilient, remain calm under pressure, and confident handling challenging situations professionally.
A passion for music and arts, in my spare time I play drums in a band and dj. I have previously organised and promoted live music events.
