Junior Project Manager at P Bada Developments (2023-01 – 2025-01)
Worked alongside the lead project manager to deliver two residential new-builds from foundations through to handover. Organised subcontractors across groundworks, structural, mechanical and electrical (M&E), and finishing trades, coordinating first and second fix with plumbers, electricians and gas engineers to keep trades from clashing. Tracked programme milestones and flagged slippage early.
Handled materials procurement, maintained good supplier relationships, and kept site documentation up to date including daily diaries, variation logs and progress reports. Gained exposure to CDM processes and building regulations through working closely with the lead PM throughout both projects.
