Worked full time as waiter with main responsibilities to serve food and drinks to customers. Took part in varied roles during large events which included working as team, liaising with customers, directing the crowd, being aware of possible emergencies, dealing with complaints and reporting any issues to managers. Gained problem solving and people management skills along with ability to demonstrate organizational skills.
