- Manager Manufacturing includes Press shop, Powder coating shop, Fabrication shop, and Coil shop.
- Major responsibility in handling Sheet metal process head for CNC turret & bending, Cut to length GI sheet slitting, Press machines, Powder coating plant, Liquid painting, Effluent treatment, Chemical treatment line & fabrication shop with MIG & TIG Welding, plasma cutting purpose to manufacture structural channels base frames, blower frames, motor mounts for central AC machines.
- CNC programing hand on experience can work on Metallix CNC programing using ACAD drawing & converting to G code programs.(Trained Engineers & supervisors for cnc programing)
- Managing Press machines production of sheet metal items using capacity from 250ton to 400tons
- Managing Powder coating plant overall production to feed for assembly lines.
- Managing Fabrication shop, involves central AC machine blower frames, motor mount, base frames fabricated using MIG Welding, plasma cutting, ss welding, liquid painting.
- Additional Responsible taken care for final Central AC manufacturing lines (Ensure Testing, final labels, EER, Brand name, packing is done according to customer requirements)
- Uses LN System for manufacturing follow Bill of material, Production planning, warehouse orders, Purchase Orders.
- Every month manpower and Production capacity requirement based of marketing forecast.
- Human resource managements through –HRMS (e.g. man management/hrs. of work/Overtime approval)
- Department Man power, tooling, machinery planning every year based on marketing forecast for production.
- Maintaining safety of workers & good housekeeping at work place is always my motto.
- To ensure material availability for production, timely check for shortages and follow up with materials departments.
- Co-ordination with senior managers for resources
- Follow up with maintenance Machine installation engineers, Annual maintenance contracts.
- Process improvement & Housekeeping tools like '5s', KAIZENS, POKOYOKE.
