Working within my dad's company. Various jobs to include carpet cleaning, general commercial cleaning and office work. I work ad hoc when in school holidays.

During summer holidays, working front of house serving food to customers, I then progressed into the kitchen where I prepared food. I was shadowed by a local chef and taught basic skills.

I designed, printed t-shirts and polo shirts for local pubs in the Gower where I spent my holidays.
