A flexible and adaptable team player, I will always contribute and roll my sleeves up to help the business deliver great service - to get it right first time. I retrained as a Chef several years ago in order to pursue a career that I was very passionate about and one which would provide me with greater fulfilment, longevity, flexibility and creativity as well as open up new possibilities for me. Proven experience within busy short order, brunch/breakfast, home baking & pastry, banqueting, afternoon tea, restaurant and hotel service.
I am now looking to secure a role within an environment that is focussed on the well-being and care of others where I can make a difference through my professional skills and life experience.
