Oversee and coordinate the project to achieve strategic goals as directed by the commissioners. Our service is commissioned to support clients in their own homes to prevent homelessness. The project operates over a large geographical area with a team of 12 support workers and 300 clients.
- Ensure all projects within the program contribute to the overall organizational strategy and deliver the intended business outcomes.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicating program progress, risks, and issues. This includes being part of a management team taking part in 6 monthly progress reports with commissioning officers.
- Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources across the project within the program to ensure efficiency and avoid conflicts. This includes the rota of staff and allocation of clients across a 2500 square mile radius in Aberdeenshire.
- Identify, assess and mitigate program-level risks and issues that could impact the successful delivery of the overall aims of the service.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to track progress and provide transparency to stakeholders.
- Change Management: Managing changes to the program scope, timelines, and budgets in a controlled and effective manner.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and support within the program. Monthly supervision and yearly annual performance reviews of 12 staff.
