Work Experience - Bang Edutainment - Harlesden

Currently working 3 days a week on an organisation called Bang Edutainment, an organisation where they develop me to lead initiatives, such as giving me roles to support upcoming events.
- In around February had a role to sort out the eventbrite tickets for an event called the Grand Union Repair Cafe
- Had another role to sort out the social media captions for all the posts related to this event
- Currently in May, have a role which is to create a website about youth leadership, that's related to this organisation, by choosing all the appropriate colors, copywriting, and making sure that the website stands out
- In June 2026, have become successful in finishing this work placement, have gained and learned key skills that will lead to becoming successful in what career will end up in
Door-to-door salesman - Signal Group - Watford

Worked full time as a door-to-door salesman alongside an organisation called Signal Group, this is an organisation where they help build you skills to feel more confident in talking to customers, this organisation believes that face-to-face sales are very effective, as human interaction creates trust, and sparks creativity.
- Worked for 5 days with this role, that involves going into the field and talking to customers outside their house, and promoting them about EE products
- Role for these 5 days in the field was to represent BT/EE, and sort out any problems that the customers had with their internet connection
- In those 5 days went to a different location for each one, and each one of those locations only had a mixture of part-fibre and full-fibre broadbands connected to their house
- Part of this mission was to switch part-fibre to full-fibre for some customers, as part-fibre is not that fast as full-fibre by following the 5 steps of a conversation, which our mentor called Samuel has teached us before, and applying the 5 steps of a conversation to the customers outside their house
- Learning about the EE products yourself, including learning about the different broadband deals, the different internet speeds, how to tell if the internet speed is part fibre or full fibre just by doing a speed test on the customer, and also about other internet providers
- Unfortunately, was not a perfect fit for this role, so ended up losing this role on the 14th of June because was not being able to meet up the activity targets, but this does not stop from learning from mistakes
- The time worked for this job day by day was from 12:30 - 6pm every single day from Monday to Friday
