My name is Florence but I mostly go by Flo, I am half polish, half english and can speak fluently in both. I am very extroverted particularly in busy environments as I'm a chronically curious person so public facing roles bring me the most joy as I love meeting new people. I can play bass guitar and I love travelling and adrenaline full activities like sky-diving.

I'm an honest and reliable person and have always had my time management to a t as I love lists and schedules (my google calendar is my prized possession). I spend a lot of time blogging on my pinterest with 100k monthly views because I love to look through the memories I share with my friends. I am a good critical thinker and I thrive under pressure, maintaining focus and a smile.

I've flown two planes before when I did RAF cadets which was an unbelievably amazing experience which I'm so grateful for as I love an adventure.

Retail Assistant - FatFace - Newcastle Store

Where I currently am employed, I work as a Retail Assistent in the Newcastle Store maintaining good relationships with customers, including regular ones, alongside all the staff and the street rangers. I keep the shop floor and stock room tidy and organised. I also consistently support our store in Morpeth whenever they need extra help.

Working in the Chairman's Box as a waitress ensuring all allergen information is up to date and making sure the guests of the Chairman have a warm welcome and are happy with the service. I have worked at St. James' for Casual Match Day shifts for 2 years now, I also have experience behind Bar especially during busy hours, particularly during the Sam Fender concerts.

Team Member - KFC - Killingworth

Before moving addresses, I worked as a Team Member in Killingworth KFC primarily as Front of House and Drive Thru maintaining a kindness towards guests particularly during the lunch time rush whilst also keeping a fast pace to ensure a smooth service.
