I studied in Ghana, completed courses in the UK and USA. My outstanding experience and skills have been applied successfully in various ISO standards development and implementations.

I am an HSE advisor and has undertaken numerous projects and trainings for various national and international organizations including, UN field operations, GNPC, Ghana Gas, NPA in Ghana on Environment, health and safety trainings. I have been instrumental in the development of Appropriate Mitigation Actions in my workplace. I have experience in Mining, oil and gas and energy.

Currently the head of monitoring committee for IOSH west Africa division. Consistently achieving results even under tough circumstances. Honesty, integrity and authenticity are my core working rules. Highly motivated and seasoned managing director with over 14 years of experience leading and growing health and safety culture in organizations across the country. Demonstrated success in optimizing organizational processes, improving team productivity through safe workplaces and environment and creating strategic growth plans. I am the Managing director for this company since I registered it was registered for health and safety consulting service Lead many organizations and prepare them through implementations for ISO certifications to ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001 standards and serve as a certification auditor for certification companies such as AQC in the Middle East.

HSE Manager at Cummins Inc (2021-06 – Present)

• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance, evaluate performance, identify corrective action, and implement follow up assessments.
• Ensure all mandatory legal compliance requirement for Cummins Ghana operation is adhered to and put all required actions on RCM. Update the EMEAR legal compliance head on any related Compliance challenged within the region and follow up till it closed.
• Plan, implement, manage, and maintain comprehensive safety positive environmental safety & health culture on premises or at project site locations. Provide site management team with guidance on health and safety and confirm sites fulfills industry, local and state guidelines, and regulations.
• Ensure Emergency drills are conducted, and all safe required resources are in place. Plan and serve as primary contact for project site injury and incident notification, investigation, and case management. Maintain a written log of safety inspection activities, reports, and correspondence.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals, internal policies and procedures, contract documents, and good engineering practices.
• Provide support to all the HSE representatives for all branches and have monthly meetings with them to address all HSE matters and provide best practices for the branches.
• Report all HSE mandatory requirements on Enablon monthly.
• Ensure the site comply with HSEMS system by following all laid down processes and procedures.

• Prepare strategy and plan for HSSE Training, Competence Development and Assurance for regional HSE managers
