Looking for full time position, preferably nights but open to contacted days and flexibility with hours. Have experience mainly in dementia and older adults but worked for a year on acute adult wards with the South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation trust. Aiming to specialise in dementia and end of life care in the hope of saving enough to complete a masters degree.
Have confidence with person centered care planning, risk assessments, medication administration, delegating within a team and wound management. Good at communicating with colleagues and patients with the aim of engagement in treatment / care plans and able to descalate challenging behaviour through a least restrictive practice approach.
