I have worked in administrative roles for the duration of my career, and I have a wealth of experience across this area. Many of the roles I have performed have helped me develop strong administrative and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail. I have been responsible for the maintenance and updating of databases which required a high degree of concentration and accuracy. I was instrumental in adding references and technical information to Ricardo’s extensive bespoke automotive database of over 250,000 entries and experience of working with CRM database systems in previous administrative roles.
I consider myself to be a friendly and approachable person and over my working life I have been able to build strong relationships with my colleagues which have helped in the development of good team ethics. As part of a team I am always conscious to help and support the other team members, which I hope demonstrated a positive and flexible attitude in the workplace. In my latest role as Operations Assistant, I provided solid and essential back up within a small team of four and this proved to be a great opportunity to work, not only as part of a team, but also to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in customer service roles has helped me in developing effective and clear communication skills, both written and verbal, experience in life and other job roles have helped me develop interpersonal skills which have become traits to rely on in my interaction and communication with others during my working life.
