(2016-02)
Beauty consultant initially representing Michael Kors, Aramis, DKNY, Ermenegildo Zegna, Tory Burch and Glamglow, then chosen to manage the Tom Ford account in T1 & T3.
- I am responsible for hitting high monthly and annual targets as set by Head Office, as well as merchandising; ensuring the products always look perfectly presented and well stocked on a pristine counter.
- With Tom Ford being my favourite brand and with my fragrance knowledge I have been able to advise customers of fragrances they may not have tried, leading to link and upselling, which has been made even easier with the addition of beauty to my counter, in order to surpass my targets almost every month.
- My customer service is second to none, proved by the high number of Service Compass and outstanding Mystery Shop reports I have received, in addition to excellent feedback from Management.
- I have recently gained my Level two accreditation. This is something I love about working for Tom Ford, you are constantly challenged to further your knowledge and the opportunity to travel for the conferences.
- I am proud to have been a key player in Manchester retaining it's position within the top 10 for global sales.

Assistant Store Manager - Blue Cross Gift Store - Stretford Mall
(2011-09 - 2012-09)
- Job role- Merchandising, stock control, dealing with customer complaints and returns, cashing up on a daily basis. Stock sold included a wide range of home gifts, accessories and children's clothing.
- Assistant Manager- I had to utilise and expand on the managerial skills acquired in my previous role. In addition to all the other responsibilities I had of running the stall, including being a key holder and managing the shop in the absence of the owners, I was also personally responsible for the performance management of other staff members.
- Selling on a stall is very different to working in a store, as you are in constant contact with the public. I had to create eye-catching displays, designed to make people want to stop and shop, and to make the stock look appealing.

(2006-01 - 2008-09)
A local upmarket and designer florist where customer service skills were extremely important as in this industry the majority of customers were gained by word of mouth. Organisation was essential and I learnt the importance of strict time keeping, as I often had to work to strict deadlines.
- Other duties included making sure the shop always looked inviting and presentable and organising the stock deliveries.
- I was also sometimes required to deliver the arrangements which was a part of the role that I loved. It was very rewarding to see an often surprised and very grateful recipient appreciating something that I had helped to create.
