Within this role I was responsible for roof maintenance work for example gutter, tile and skylight repairs as well as gutter cleaning. I was issued jobs from my line manager and was responsible for organising my workload. Time management was crucial within my role.
After the job was finished I would complete the necessary documentation, this being job cards and submit evidence of work carried out through obtaining photographic evidence. At the end of the working day, I would forward all information onto my line manager. I provided general labouring services to other tradesmen within the organisation.
During this employment I obtained my Working at Height Certificate, IPAF Certificate, Pasma Ticket and CSCS card.

Within this job I was responsible for collecting leather from its location in the factory and checking the batch number was correct. I had to ensure the leather was flat before inserting it into the spray machine to get its colour. I worked within a team of four individuals. It was essential that we met targets each day. I power washed the roofs, recemented ridge tiles, changed broken tiles and put a protective coating on roofs. Various shop owners were happy with the signs our company had made for them. Within this position I demonstrated effective time management skills, good timekeeping and good ICT skills.

My duties at Platinum Logistics were to collect orders for customers and load them into the van in an organised manner. Before loading the goods into the van I was responsible for checking the item for damage. If a parcel was damaged a reported this to my line manager who would escalate the matter and take appropriate action.
I was responsible for delivering orders to customers therefore it was important I had a good knowledge of the area I was working in. When delivering the goods to customers I had to ensure I received a signature for proof of delivery.

Within Kay Foam I worked as a warehouse operative and was responsible for producing orders which involved the cuttings of materials using an industrial band knife. I was trained on how to use the equipment necessary for my job. I was also responsible for assisting with incoming deliveries and directing them to their correct location within the factory.

I worked as a warehouse operative with DHL this involved sorting computer components into the correct boxes. I was responsible for packing and securing these boxes which enabled them to be sent to customers.
