Apprentice rough caster and plasterer
When working as a apprentice rough caster and plasterer my responsibilities included organisation of products and materials as well as securing loads and moving and handling heavy loads. I would also work with unique individuals from different backgrounds and always treated them with respect and dignity. I would also oversee time keeping and helping contribute to projects, helping them be finished on time through the assistance and guidance of my experienced seniors.
At first interaction, I engaged a lot with customers and clients, making sure they were happy during and after their project being completed no matter how small. I gained a good relationship and repour with customers through professionalism, relatability, confidence and friendliness. I am used to working long hours and also helping out other close businesses if they were short on staff or needed cover.
