I'm a caring and dependable Support Worker with nearly five years' experience helping adults live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. I've supported people living with dementia and Alzheimer's, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments, and I've learned that good care starts with getting to know the person — their routines, what matters to them and how they like things done — not just what's written in the care plan. I'm patient, calm and easy to talk to, and I take real pride in protecting people's dignity and giving them choice in their own day.
