I had the opportunity to attend the Marsh McLennan Career Exploration Day. I gain real insight into the work of Marsh, Mercer and Guy Carpenter. I learned more about the firm's culture, career pathways and impact they have across the insurance sector. I took part in a risk based client simulation where I had to apply critical thinking to assess and prioritise risk which helped me understand the analysis skills required.
