• Plan and deliver UAS surveys across demolition and construction sites for orthomosaic mapping, point-cloud capture, levels, stockpile volumes, progress monitoring, inspections and tender-stage records.
• Define capture requirements and flight parameters to suit the required coverage, resolution, surface detail, access constraints and intended CAD or engineering output.
• Establish and verify survey control using RTK/GNSS workflows, ground points and known coordinate systems; combine aerial capture with targeted pole observations where ground visibility or accuracy requires it.
• Process and quality-check imagery and survey data using Pix4D Mapper and DJI Terra, producing orthomosaics, point clouds, meshes, surface information and CAD-aligned deliverables.
• Prepare flight-specific risk assessments, method statements, site plans, exclusion arrangements, crew briefings and emergency procedures for safety-critical operational environments.
• Assess access, nearby people, structures, overhead hazards, weather and airspace constraints, coordinating operations with site management and affected stakeholders.
• Produce technical tender and delivery drawings, 2D/3D models and animations using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and 3ds Max, supporting earthworks understanding, demolition sequencing, temporary works, logistics and safe delivery.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, surveyors, planners, contracts teams and clients to define information needs, resolve technical constraints and provide usable project data.
• Support regulated and safety-critical projects across buildings, highways and rail, including work involving HS2, Balfour Beatty VINCI, BAM, Galliford Try and Network Rail.
