I volunteered in football club cafés, serving food and hot and cold drinks to customers during busy match days. My responsibilities included taking orders, preparing food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, restocking supplies, and providing friendly customer service. I am a qualified football referee and officiate youth football matches on a paid basis. This role requires me to apply the Laws of the Game fairly, communicate confidently with players and coaches, and make quick decisions under pressure. It has strengthened my confidence, leadership, responsibility, professionalism, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
